OK, as Mac users we don't get to see this particular screen thank goodness;
But even a Mac can crash pretty spectacularly!
If yours does, don't reach for the Install DVD, reach for the phone.
It may not be that bad! Most crashes can be recovered smoothly :-)
(I am based in Manningtree but travel to Clacton, West Mersea, Colchester, Ipswich, Sudbury several times every week
and Chelmsford, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds at least once a week).
